支护模板的尺寸;2、混凝土的计量;3、胀模;这三个原因是影响用量计算准确多少的关键因素。如第一条,按规范要求混凝土外形尺寸可以正公差,在支护大体积大面积模板时多出的量累计下来不小。第二条,混凝土计量可采用体积法和重量法双重核对,有时按配合比出的料和实际称重及浇灌后均有较大误差。第三条,胀模,在大体积混凝土施工时,浪费的量也很可观。要计算相对而言的准确,必须考虑上述三个因素。
用不用扣除钢筋的问题,在实际施工中,特别是工业建筑,混凝土载荷大,因而钢筋含量也较大,往往施工1000方混凝土,钢筋含量在400多吨,按体积计算,400吨钢筋体积为: 400÷7.85/ m3= 51m3。
钢筋所占体积相当于混凝土的5%,但由于施工混凝土的塌落度、泵送、计量方法、模板支护精度等影响的损耗,节省的混凝土达不到1%,只有作控制成本核算的基础。
